Check and Adjust Burner Assembly, Check Ignition Assembly, Test Safety Controls, Check Heat Exchanger or Elements, Monitor Refrigerant Pressure, Test Starting Capabilities, Check or Replace Air Filters, Check or Adjust Blower Components, Measure for Correct Air Flow, Lubricate All Moving Parts, Adjust Thermostat Calibration, Check Evaporator Coil Cleanliness, Check Condenser Coil, Clean Evaporator Drain, Measure Temperature Difference 

The following equipment maintenace procedures will be performed every six months (two times per year).  These procedures will be performed at the sole discretion of Cronier Air Conditioning and after scheduling in advance with the customer.  The above equipment maintenance procedures will be provided during the normal business hours of Cronier Air Conditioning.

Cronier Air Conditioning takes pride in performing for our Customers as effectively as possible.  ONLY Certified Service Technicians shall perform maintenance for our Customers.  Maintenance shall only be performed during the NON-Peak hours of the season in order for the technician to spend valuable time maintaining your system.  We ask that you please allow the technician sufficient time to perform the above Clean & Check Tasks along with the understanding that the program benefits the customer as well as the technician.
